We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Orders under $75: flat-rate shipping $8–$12, calculated at checkout
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping (U.S. only): 2–3 business days, additional fee applies
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the link provided in the email.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact us at support@thebarrrk.com with your order number and details of your request.
Once approved, you may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, or exchange the same item for a different size.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns on pet products are not encouraged.
If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re happy to offer size suggestions before purchase — feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition and in original packaging
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must show no signs of wear, use, pet hair, stains, or odor
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Exceptions
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
